How long does it take to get an estimate?
We typically schedule free in-person estimates within 24–48 hours of your request. After the walkthrough, you'll have a detailed written estimate in your inbox the same day or the next morning.
Do I need to supply paint or materials?
No — we source and supply all materials. We use Sherwin-Williams professional-grade paints and have access to their full color library. If you've already selected specific colors or purchased paint you love, we're happy to work with it.
How should I prepare my home before the crew arrives?
For interior projects: clear small items from shelves, remove valuable artwork, and move light furniture away from walls. We handle the drop cloths, tape, and furniture covering for anything we can't move. For exterior: close windows and doors, and move vehicles and outdoor furniture away from the house.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our work with a craftsmanship warranty on all projects — if anything we painted peels, flakes, or fails due to our application (not normal wear or damage), we'll come back and make it right at no charge. Ask us for warranty details specific to your project type.
How do you handle payment?
We require a deposit to hold your project on the schedule, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion. We accept check, ACH bank transfer, and most major credit cards. We'll outline payment terms clearly in your written estimate.
