Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to louatlantapainting.com, operated by Lou's Atlanta Painting ("we," "us," "our"). By browsing the site or submitting the estimate request form, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse the site, read about our services, look at our project gallery, and request an estimate. In exchange, please don't:

• Submit false information or request an estimate on someone else's behalf without their permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy the site's content or images
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting
• Send spam, malware, or abusive content through the contact form
• Use the site for anything unlawful

We may block access to anyone who does these things.

Estimates & quotes

Requesting an estimate through this site costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It also doesn't commit us — submitting the form starts a conversation, it doesn't create a contract.

Any pricing you see on this site or receive in an initial reply is preliminary. A binding price comes only from a written estimate we provide after seeing the property, whether in person or through photos and measurements you send us. Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate itself.

An estimate can change if the scope of work changes, if conditions turn up that weren't visible during the walkthrough — rot, water damage, failing substrate, previously undisclosed lead paint — or if you request additional work. We'll tell you before doing anything that changes the price, and we won't proceed until you approve it.

The work itself

These website terms don't govern your painting project. Scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty, and everything else about the actual work are set out in the written estimate and any related agreement you sign with us. If anything here conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods are described on your estimate. We are licensed in the state of Georgia and carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage; a certificate of insurance is available on request.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, logo, design, and code on this site belong to Lou's Atlanta Painting or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The project photos in our gallery are of real work performed by our crew.

You may view and print pages for your own personal use in evaluating our services. You may not republish, resell, or use our photos or copy in your own marketing without our written permission.

If you send us photos of your property for an estimate, you keep ownership of them. You give us permission to use them internally to prepare your estimate and plan the work. We will ask you separately before using any before-and-after photos of your project in our gallery or marketing.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate, but service descriptions, availability, and coverage areas can change without notice, and errors happen. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of price, availability, or a specific result. Color representations on screen are approximate — actual paint colors vary with lighting, surface, and finish, and should be confirmed with physical samples.

Third-party links & services

This site links to and embeds services we don't control, including Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA, and review platforms. We're not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, we disclaim all implied warranties relating to the website, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This disclaimer applies to the website only. It does not limit or disclaim any workmanship warranty stated in your signed estimate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lou's Atlanta Painting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits our liability for our own negligence or willful misconduct in performing painting work, or any liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, with the revision date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
